March’s Photo Challenge is… GREEN!
In honor of the spring equinox and St. Patrick’s Day, March’s challenge theme is green! Remember, this is all about your interpretation of the theme. Does that mean the color is in your photo? Maybe, maybe not. Maybe you’re green with envy. Or you’re feeling a bit green. Maybe you finally see grass again because the snow has melted. Did you meet Kermit as a kid and have a photo taken?
Think outside the box and come up with something creative for this month’s theme. It can be applied to so many different things. Have fun with it! Have kids? Get them involved. Maybe springtime art and craft session? Maybe a day trip to hike someplace new. Outdoors is a great place for this months theme!
Think of the ways you help the environment as those can be tied to this month’s theme too! Do you recycle? Maybe you have a compost pile in the backyard or a community garden. Are you a master reuser? I know lots of people love finding what some consider trash and remaking it into something new and fresh.
I cannot believe how many possibilities there are for March!
This is why the challenges are so much fun! Everyone can interpret the theme differently and we get a variety of images.
Did you miss out on last month’s challenge? Have no fear, you can still have fun with it and post those too! February was all about love! You can take a photo of something or someone you love. A hobby, a family member, a favorite food, or a best friend. There are so many options. Get creative! And feel free to go back to January as well. For January, the challenge was to find an old photo of you, the older the better, and relive the memories associated with it. You don’t have to share the memory if you don’t want to, just the photo.
